NEW BUILDING NEWS - July 2008 Update

The Harvest Days Book Sale is nearly here! It will be held in one of Battle Ground Village's buildings across from the new library on July 17, 18, 19, 20. Thursday and Friday hours are from 4 to 10 PM. Saturday hours are from 9 am to 10 PM. Sunday (our Buck a Bag day) hours are from 9 to 4 PM. After 4 PM any remaining inventory is FREE!

Thanks to Rick and Jan Lewis of Battle Ground Bicycle as they have donated a Raleigh Retro bicycle to be raffled. Tickets are $1.00 each and you can buy them at their bike shop, the Battle Ground Library, or from a Friends member. The drawing will be at 3pm on Sunday, July 20th.

The 2nd annual Bike 4 Books ride will be Sunday morning on July 20th. Registration is $10 for each rider and all money raised will be dedicated to the building fund. For further information, call Battle Ground Bicycle at 360-991-3745.

If you are interested in volunteering for the book sale, please call Anna Cross at 687-5726.

The brick sales are going well and we have sold 100 of them! There are 2 sizes available. One is $50.00 and the other is $100.00. This is a great way to show your support and also remember a loved one. You can find the form here. (Opens new window with a 605 KB Word Document)
