English Conversation Circles

Practice speaking English in a comfortable setting. No registration required and everyone is welcome. For more information, call Nettie at 687-7690 or the Library at 687-2322. Individual tutoring in Adult Literacy and English as a Second Language is available by appointment in Battle Ground, for more information call Nettie at 687-7690.

Conversation Circles and the Grammar Class meet at Mallard Landing Assisted Living Community, 813 SE Clark Avenue, Battle Ground.

Summer & Fall Schedule

July
No Tuesday group
Thursday group is meeting all month from 9:30 – 11:15 am, with a separate children’s activities group.

August
No Tuesday group.
Thursday as follows:
8/7 – Nettie’s conversation group, 9:30-11:15 am + children’s activities (same as July)
8/14 & 8/21 – Helen’s “Vocabulary & Grammar” class, 9:30-11:15 am + children’s activities (instead of Nettie’s group)
8/28 – No meeting at all

September
Back to regular schedule, as follows:
Tuesdays – Vocabulary & Grammar – 10-11:30 + children’s activities
Thursdays – Conversation – 9:30 – 11:15 + children’s activities
